Warranty

The furniture and services marketed by LHO carry a warranty for verifiable manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months (183 calendar days) from the invoice date. For leatherette materials and accessories, the period is 3 months. The warranty applies only at the national level (Panama), at the place of delivery or final destination of the product.

When you report a case, our team will contact you within the following 48 business hours. Resolution is handled in stages based on evaluation by the Quality department: technical visit and/or repair, replacement with the same model or an equivalent one, or refund when applicable.

Requirements: Present the original legible invoice, fully paid, and the claimant must be the holder identified on the tax invoice.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to abnormal use or exposure to sunlight without protection; cleaning with non-recommended products (bleach, solvents, detergents or abrasive tools); damage from water, heat, fire, blows, falls or voltage fluctuations; cosmetic damage or damage from liquid spills; normal wear from habitual use; display or outlet furniture whose defects were accepted at the time of purchase; or products placed outdoors, since they are designed exclusively for indoor use.

Refunds: Cash payments are processed according to internal policy. Card payments (debit/credit) are refunded to the same card used. Refunds are not issued to third parties other than the invoice holder.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is paid according to location within Panama.
Costs are shown at checkout.
In beach areas (Chame, Coronado, San Carlos, etc.)
shipping is US$180. Altos del María and hard-to-reach areas:
US$250. You can pick up at our logistics center
(Costa del Este Industrial Park) at no additional
transportation cost.

When will I receive my purchase?

Deliveries: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm | Saturdays 8:30 am to 11:00 am
Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
Deliveries in Panama City are subject to availability.
At the time of billing, please confirm parking availability (if a truck is needed).
If you are not ready on the scheduled day, a B/. 50 re-delivery fee will be charged.

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

Returns are only accepted within the warranty period
(6 months for furniture, 3 months for faux leather/accessories)
for verifiable manufacturing defects.

For change of mind or other approved exceptional reasons,
a fee of B/. 50 for inspection + 15% of the total invoice
for administrative expenses will be charged.

Report any visible damage upon delivery within 1 hour

Returns do not apply to Black Friday,
outlet, or display purchases, except for warranty issues.

What does the warranty include?

Covers verifiable manufacturing defects:
- Furniture: 6 months from invoicing
- Faux leather/accessories: 3 months from invoicing

Our team will contact you within 48 hours to validate the case.
Resolution: repair, parts replacement, full replacement, or refund
(depending on evaluation).

Does NOT cover: sun damage (indoor/outdoor), cleaning with non-recommended chemicals, impacts, water, heat, normal wear and tear, or outdoor furniture.

Requires: legible original invoice, fully paid, in the name of the owner.

What is the assembly cost?

From US$30 per invoice (or according to current rate).
If you pick up at our logistics center and request assembly,
this cost also applies.

Can I store my purchase if I can't receive it now?

Yes. Your merchandise will be stored for up to 15 days from the invoice date at no additional cost. After this period, a 10% monthly charge of the total amount will be applied for storage and custody, payable before dispatch.
